- Competitor time slots announced, final Q & A.
7:00 pm - ????? - Go Time!
10:00 pm – Bar Tour, VIP access to all Sponsors, Competitors and Judges
Monday August 11th
12 pm - Judges meeting and first block of bartenders meet and prepare bottles
1 pm - 1st Group of Qualifying begins (10 - 15 Competitors)
4 pm - 2nd Group Competes (10 - 15 Competitors)
8 pm - Finalists Announced
9 pm – Special Event at The Roxy - Go Time!
Tuesday August 12th
2 pm - Set up room for finals night
7:30 pm - Meet with Judges for finals
7:45 pm - Meet with all finalists
8:30 pm - Competition begins
10:30 pm - Winners announced, prizes awarded
11:00 pm - Go Time!
